Eligibility Window: You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-returnable items: Certain items such as customized products, or items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return for hygiene or personalization reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

Send clear photos showing the issue
We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, based on stock availability
Replacement/Exchange deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
